Return and Refund Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return ONLY IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The above policy DOES NOT apply to original paintings, custom orders, and fine art prints. These items are NOT REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE (unless damage in transit).
Please note that we do not guarantee the exactitude of the colours on prints. This can vary slightly depending on the printing machines used by our print provider.
To start a return, you must first contact us at brushellamaster@gmail.com
If your return is accepted, we will send a ‘Returns’ shipping label to your email address.
You will need to complete, print, and attach this shipping label to your package. Full instruction on how and where to send your package will be provided in the email.
Items sent back to us without FIRST requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received the unwanted item, we will send you a credit code to use on our website to purchase any other item you like. Please note that the credit you receive will be the amount you spent on the item MINUS- the shipping cost for us to re- send the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide any proof of the damaged item within 48 hours after receipt, so that we can valuate if your refund is acceptable.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We always try to offer you the best quality possible. If there is an issue with your order upon receipt (i.e., if it is damaged or you receive the wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the good and we will try our best to find a solution for you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the item you purchased. We will only consider refunding in the case of a damaged or wrong product upon arrival, after thorough assessment of your case.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
